It has been 5 months since we released 2FT LED lamps at 2019 Autumn Canton Fair, and we CN360 have writed some articles to introduce its features.
As a Chinese saying goes, ”Seeing is believing and hearing is deceitful”.
Actually, in the past 5 months, we got some feedback from our customers who have tested 2FT lamps and 95% think it is with more competitive price and better quality.
We gave one of the customers 2FT lamps samples for test at Canton Fair, after 3 months, he told us that most of his clients like 2FT led signal lamps, because it is with 10% good quality and 90% passable quality. So glad that he gave us repeat order on 2FT led lamps.
Indeed, as our customer said, quality is NO.1, we only sell good quality customers who want to pay for good stuff. On no account can we ignore the value of quality.
While some customers may have different opinions on CN360 2FT LED bulbs. Why it is good quality with moderate price? Now let us explain it for you once again.
1.On chips selection of 3030SMD and 4014SMD.
First, for cost-effective reason, we chose no glare 4014SMD with lower working temperature for the side lighting of 2FT bulb not 3014SMD.
Second, we chose 3030SMD with wider light as the light source for top of the bulb to to ensure a longer lifetime not higher temperature 2835SMD.
Also the 2FT bulb led chips were made by machine, which we can control lower defective rate.
2.On heat dissipation design.
3.On protective measure.
To ensure the driving safety, we designed 2FT led lamps as a soft light beam pattern, as mentioned above, we adopted no glare 3014SMD, and used acrylic lampshade, not only providing softer beam pattern, but chips protection.
By the way, 2FT led lamps is our company exclusive design and we have patent all over the world.
Taking all above factors into consideration, we naturally come to the conclusion that our exclusive 2FT led lamps is with moderate price and better quality.
Finally, we want to say that CN360 try best to launch products to meet more customers’ market and requirements, hope you can understand our consideration.
